When I stumbed upon the instagram account of Caroline Birgitte, I couldn't contain my excitement. I was so captivated by her simple and effortless-looking Scandinavian style. There's a natural beauty to her home that combines modern accessories, vintage finds, rustic elements and of course, white. The white-paneled walls offset by an occasional flash of gorgeous floral motif wallpaper emanate a pure beauty and a warmth of a home being lived in. Incorporating simple white-washed walls, wooden floors, earthy tones and plenty of natural light, Caroline's aesthetic is both minimalist and folksy. Woven textures of linen and wool add warmth while simple wreaths hung throughout her home add an informal elegance.
