An Exquisite French Settler in South Africa

I came across this exquisite beach house in the village of Churchhaven, South Africa.
It is 1.5 hours outside of Cape Town. It is Whaler's Way, a quaint rustic hideaway overlooking the Langebaan Lagoon.

The house is designed in the french settler style featuring weathered beams,
natural finishes and antique furnishings.

The house is eco-friendly built on an entirely green footprint. It features reclaimed wood, solar energy, locally-sourced finishes as well as rainwater harvesting capabilities. Whalers Way is big on charm and small on environmental impact!
